FAQ's

Question: How long do the parties usually last?

Answer: Usually between an hour and half to three hours, but it also depends on which package you got and how many guests

Question: How much space what you need? 
Answer: We will need at least a 10x10 space, but we can make any space work.

Question: How do I book my party and how much time in advance should I book my party?

Answer: You follow the instructions on the booking page and I would say at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the party.

Question: Do I need to pay a deposit to save my date? And if so how much?

Answer: You will need to pay a 50% deposit of the total cost to book your party. You're date won't be saved until we receive your payment.

Question: If child does not show up do I still have to pay for that child?

Answer: You are charged for the final head count that you give prior to the party

Question: What happens if a guest arrives late?

Answer: We are so schedule based that we have to stick to our schedule. So the guest can come in and participate where the party has progressed to.

Question: Who's responsibility is it if a child becomes ill, is exhibiting bad behavior and/or does not want to participate?

Answer: That would be the responsibility of you!. SDPP is there to make sure the event guests are enjoying their time during the party.

Question: Can siblings be able to attend the party too?

Answer: Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate the guest of honor and her guests that have previously paid. We come equipped with the materials necessary for the head count that we are previously given.
